All is now set for the maiden edition of the InstinctBusiness CEO Awards, designed to celebrate chief executive officers of portfolio companies,

scheduled for April, this year, in Lagos.

According to the CEO of InstinctBusiness, Mr Akin Naphtal, hardwork, commitment and loyalty of the nation’s CEOs are often not recognised and appreciated either by the companies they work for, the government or the society.

“An award like this can motivate and invariably improve the whole lot of the businesses we have around here” he said.

InstinctBusiness CEO Awards, he stated, recognised successful business sector leaders whose visions, directions, examples and actions have become the essence of their organisations’ success. Awards are conferred on CEOs who demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities and commitment to advance their organisations’ strategic goals.

According to him, the nominees for the award will be selected through a professional process and judged according to internationally accepted standards.

Some of the award categories, he stated, include: Energy Industry CEO Excellence Award; Young CEO Excellence Award; Healthcare Industry CEO Excellence Award; Food and Beverages CEO Excellence Award; Multiple Industry CEO Excellence Award; Woman CEO Excellence Award; Banking and Finance CEO Excellence Award, and Insurance CEO Excellence Awards, among others.
